A booking is confirmed once we receive a 30% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 14 days before your event.

We accept bank transfers, card payments or cash as forms of payment.

COLLECTION
Grazing tables (collected): a minimum of 10 guests.

DELIVERY
Grazing tables (set up on site): a minimum of 20 guests.

Children under 10 are charged at half price on all menus except the Kids’ Party menu, which is priced per child.

Final numbers
Please confirm your final guest numbers 3 days before your event. After that, numbers can go up subject to availability, but we can’t reduce them or offer a refund.

Grazing boards are collected from NG7, Nottingham, at the agreed time. They come boxed and ready to serve, so please leave a flat space in your car for the journey. Keep the boxes chilled until you’re ready to serve.

Grazing tables include set up at your venue. Delivery and set up is £60 within 10 miles of Nottingham, plus 60p per mile beyond that, each way. We need clear access to the serving area and a table of the agreed size, available at least 90 minutes before guests arrive. We’ll confirm timings with you or your venue in advance.

Our menus follow the seasons. We may substitute ingredients of equal or higher value depending on availability. See example menus here.

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you book. Full allergen information is available on request. Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs, so we can’t guarantee any item is completely allergen-free.

Grazing food should be eaten within 4 hours of being set out or collected. Once served, food is your responsibility, so please don’t keep leftovers that have been out at room temperature.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of your event, the full balance is payable. If you need to move your date, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
